About

We are a club of amateur radio operators located in Yell, Perry, Pope and Faulkner counties in western Arkansas, with a ham radio repeater in Ola, AR. We are interested in working together to encourage good amateur radio operating practices and to help amateur radio operators get more enjoyment from the hobby.

The Two Rivers Amateur Radio Group, Inc. is a qualified charitable organization under IRS rule 501(c)3. Donations and contributions are tax-deductible as allowed by law.

Our monthly club meeting takes place on the first Tuesday of every month at 6:30 pm Central time at the Ola Fire Station in Ola, Arkansas. The meeting is open to anyone interested in learning more about the club.

We operate and maintain the W5OLA VHF repeater on 147.210 MHz and W5OLA UHF repeater on 444.55 MHz, both located on Ola Mountain near Ola in Yell County, Arkansas. Click here for all the repeater details.

We conduct a weekly net on Thursdays at 7:00 pm Central on the 147.210 MHz repeater. We invite all licensed amateur radio operators to check into the weekly net. You can find more information about how to check into a ham radio net here.

Founded July 29, 2021. Incorporated in state of Arkansas on August 15, 2024. Recognized by the IRS as a qualified charitable organization under rule 501(c)3 of the IRS regulations. Our tax ID is 99-4591578.
