2 Meter Repeater @ 147.21 MHz
Repeater Output Frequency: 147.210 MHz (this is the frequency YOU listen on)
Repeater Input Frequency: 147.810 MHz (this is the frequency YOU transmit on)
Repeater PL Tone: 114.8 Hz
You are REQUIRED to use the PL tone when you transmit. The repeater will not retransmit your signal if you do not program the PL tone into your radio for transmitting. You can optionally use the PL tone on receive in order to reduce undesirable noise on your radio caused by weak signals from other transmitters (e.g. distant repeaters) on the same frequency.
AllStarLink Node: 656441
If you have access to an AllStarLink node or AllStarLink connected repeater, you’re welcome to come say hi by connecting to the W5OLA hub node at 656441. Please ID when you connect so we can welcome you to the repeater. There is almost always someone monitoring, and we are a friendly group that will be glad to chat.
70 CM Yaesu C4FM Digital Repeater @ 444.55 MHz in AMS mode
Repeater Output Frequency: 444.550 MHz (frequency you listen on)
Repeater Input Frequency: 449.550 MHz (frequency YOU transmit on)
Analog FM: 114.8 PL on transmit and receive
Digital Mode: No tones and no DG-ID.
The repeater is in AMS mode, which means you can use the repeater in FM mode with any UHF analog ham radio, or using Yaesu C4FM from your Yaesu digital radio. Yaesu C4FM provides better audio quality with less noise, however the range is a little more limited than analog.
